We manufacture dies for the different packaging industries that require it: corrugated cardboard, corrugated plastic, folding, thermoforming, foams, paper, etc. We use LASER technology and automatic assembly machines to guarantee the precision required in each case.
Flat dies
We use special materials for cutting single, double and triple corrugated, micro corrugated and liners of different calibers.
Curved dies
For cylinders, the most used cylinders in the industry, 73”, 66”, 55”, 53”, 51”, 50”, 38” and 37.5”, we use the highest quality materials.
Die cutting for folding
We manufacture dies for flat saws, such as Thompson®, Bobst® and dynamic deburring machines, using standards from each manufacturer and adapting to what each client requests.
Dies for FOAM and Thermoforming
Plates with special heights and edges, 1”, 1.25”, 1.5”, 2” with smooth or serrated edge, centered bevel, double chamfer bevel or bevel on one side, according to the customer's requirements and the materials to be processed with the tooling
